Shoppers may elect to use one or several of these payment options simultaneously. Each option is controlled by a set of business rules that you provide which are incorporated in a payment controlled database.     Our exclusive SASS™ System (Selective Access Segmentation System) offers the ultimate in targeted e-marketing. Using user id and password controlled gateways, shopper groups can be segmented so that customized store offerings can be made available selectively. As a simple example, let's say you want to make e-store merchandise available to both employees and your customers, but want employees to get a broader selection and better pricing. Entry to the employee store would be limited to those individuals with an authorized employee id and password at logon. More sophisticated SASS™ applications involve the creation of multiple segments within diverse employee, customer or channel partner audiences with custom store offerings for each segment.

    One of the keys to an effective e-commerce operation is the availability of store performance data. Knowing who's buying, where they come from, what they're spending and the items that are selling the best is vital to a successful merchandising process. We have a comprehensive reporting capability that provides us with the information we need to make informed decisions about what and how much to buy and how to price and position it. This ensures a pleasurable online shopping experience and return shoppers.

  • The Performance Center
    The Performance Center is a comprehensive, online performance tracking and reporting utility for companies wishing to motivate selected stakeholders as part of an organized performance improvement campaign.

    Upon enrollment, program participants are assigned a user ID and password that allows them access to their personal performance profile. As participants achieve predefined program objectives, award credits are posted to their e-account. Participants can review their performance and corresponding credits earned at any time simply by logging on. When it comes time to redeem earned award credits, participants have to option of shopping anywhere in the store.

    New storefronts and items can easily be added to appeal specifically to participant groups. As redemptions are made, individual participant accounts are adjusted accordingly. Redeemed credits are then billed along with freight and handling charged to the program sponsor. The Performance Center offers an inexpensive yet effective way to create and manage online incentive programs.
